In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are purchasing online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the artwork. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. A full refund for the product will be issued once the item has been received and inspected, provided it is returned undamaged.

All artworks are carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from how they appear on screen due to differences in display settings and lighting. Every effort is made to represent the artwork as accurately as possible.
